The Accessible Information Standard aims to ensure that disabled people have access to information they can understand and the communication support they may need. The Standard applies to service providers across the NHS and adult social care system.

Individuals most likely to be affected by the Standard include people who are blind or deaf, who have some hearing and / or visual loss, and people with a learning disability. However, this list is not exhaustive.

If you have any specific Information or Communication needs, then please let us know.  Reception will be happy to help you, so this information will be added to your medical records to assist us in supporting your needs.
