Your Voice Matters. Help Us Shape the Future of Our Practice.

We are looking for patients to join our Patient Participation Group (PPG). This group works together with our practice staff to provide feedback and suggestions on the services we offer.

It’s your opportunity to tell us what is important to you and help us make positive changes that will benefit all our patients.

What’s involved?

• A small commitment of time each year.
• Discussing new ideas and improvements with staff and other patients.
• Representing the views of the wider patient community.
• Meeting on line, in person, or responding to email/telephone surveys

Who can join? Anyone who is a registered patient at our practice is welcome to join, regardless of age, background, or identity.
